TOLEDO, Ohio – Lucas County libraries will be distributing signs and materials educating residents to ‘Vote No’ for the 7 Toledo and Lucas County levies on the ballot November 6.
Northwest Ohio Conservative Coalition, a political action committee, will be providing the materials free of charge so taxpayers are given equal access to information from both sides of the debate.
All 16 libraries in Lucas County will have ‘Vote No’ materials for residents to pick up, and individuals can also learn more about the reasoning behind the campaign by visiting the News section of the NWOCC website at www.NWOhioCC.com.
Said NWOCC Board member, John McAvoy, “Now is not the time to raise taxes. Many in our community are suffering, out of work or under-employed, and just can’t afford to pay any more for non-essential services”.
To pick up materials, please go to the front desk of any Lucas County Library, or the NWOCC Office in Perrysburg, or our upcoming rallies.
